Welcome to Happy Jays

Happy Jays Ltd is a privately owned company and we opened our first nursery in Boroughbridge in September 1996. We then opened our second nursery in York in September 2000 and our third at Scarborough in 2005. In January 2006 we purchased Carlinghow Hall Nursery in Batley. We are a registered daycare provider by Ofsted and our mission is to provide the best quality childcare available for children from 3 months old up to 8 years of age.

We are an Investors in People company – having first achieved this in 1999 and then again in 2002, 2005, 2008 and 2011 - and we are the first nursery group of our size in the UK to have done this.
